I do not provide gift wrapping or gift boxes. Your jewelry will come on a reused hard stock paper, placed inside a little zip lock bag, and wrapped with bubble wrap. I use a bubble envelope for shipping. I do not provide paper receipts or a packing slip. I will include my business card in the package.

When not being worn, keep your jewelry inside the air tight little bag to prevent tarnishing. Moisture in the air causes tarnishing. Use the jewelry card with necklaces to prevent tangling. Jewelry are delicate. Please take care when wearing not to pull too hard.

Customized lengths are not refundable or exchangeable, including items where you specify the length before you place the order. Please make sure the length you order is correct.

USA orders will be sent via USPS first class with tracking. Please allow up to 7 days for orders to arrive.

International orders will be sent via USPS international with tracking. Allow 1-3 weeks for orders to arrive.
